Håvard Bentdal Ingvaldsen is one of Norway's leading athletes and one of the world's fastest 400-meter runners. In just a few years, he has established himself in the international top class and represents Norway in top-level championships.

His big international breakthrough came in 2023, when he ran into a strong 6th place in World Championship -final of the 400 meters in Budapest, while also setting Norwegian record with a time of 44.39. Ingvaldsen also has gold from the U23 European Championship and European Team Championships, bronze from the U20 European Championship , several Nordic titles and a total of 11 NM -gold.
