Håvard Bentdal Ingvaldsen is one of Norway's leading athletes and one of the world's fastest 400-meter runners. In just a few years, he has established himself in the international top class and represents Norway in top-level championships.

His big international breakthrough came in 2023, when he ran to a strong 6th place in the World Championship final in 400 meters in Budapest, while also setting a Norwegian record with a time of 44.39. Ingvaldsen also has gold from the U23 European Championship and the European Team Championships, bronze from the U20 European Championship, several Nordic titles and a total of 11 Norwegian National Championships gold medals.
